Account Data: When you connect via the Chrome extension, we collect your creator username, account ID, and session credentials (encrypted at rest using AES-256).
Analytics Data: Subscriber metadata (usernames, subscription dates, spending amounts), earnings data, and engagement metrics synced from third-party platforms.
Billing Data: Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers. We store your Stripe customer ID and subscription status.
Session credentials are encrypted at rest using AES-256 encryption. API keys are stored as SHA-256 hashes. All connections use HTTPS/TLS. We use industry-standard security practices to protect your data.
AI features use third-party providers (Anthropic, Groq, Cloudflare Workers AI). Only anonymized, contextual data is sent to these providers — never personally identifiable information, passwords, or session credentials.
Your data is retained while your account is active. Upon account deletion or request, all personal data is permanently deleted within 30 days. Aggregated, anonymized analytics may be retained for service improvement.
You have the right to: access your data, request corrections, request deletion, export your data, and opt out of non-essential communications. Contact us to exercise these rights.
We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification.
